Thank you for shopping with us at Gracem & Co.

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If however you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

All returns must be processed with 30 days of the original sales date.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Include the receipt as proof of purchase with your returned item. The cost of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded after item is reviewed and verified for return. Costs for return shipping will not be credited.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You as the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the product to a specific location will be deducted from your refund.
